Open Floor Conscious Movement Practice
Open Floor is an embodied movement practice that aims to align the physical and the emotional body, the mind, and the soul. Participants become grounded and centred and learn to recognise the body's limits, to listen and to take care of it. Dancers become resilient and creative with their emotions and move creatively through the stories of the mind to an emobodied and soulful state of being.
